Your responsibilities at a glance:

  • Client Management & Relationship Building – You are the primary point of contact for your dedicated client portfolio, actively shaping strong, long-term partnerships
  • End-to-End Project Management – From initial client contact and proposal preparation to execution and final invoicing: you keep a clear overview and ensure seamless delivery
  • Strategic Growth – You identify new opportunities, develop client retention strategies, and contribute your own ideas to drive our clients’ success
  • Communication & Coordination – You ensure a smooth flow of information, closely collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and keep everyone aligned
  • Sales Responsibilities – You manage projects and orders, maintain our CRM data, and ensure efficient and well-structured processes throughout

Your profile

  • Experience – You have 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services—ideally within an IT or technology-driven environment
  • Hospitality Expertise & Network – You are at home in the hospitality industry, understand market dynamics, structures, and key decision-makers, and actively leverage your network to grow client relationships
  • Strong Communication Skills – You impress with a confident, personable presence and excel in both client conversations and negotiations
  • Professional Know-how – You are familiar with commercial processes, experienced in working with CRM systems, and confident using MS Office
  • Language Skills – You are fluent in German and English, enabling you to guide clients through the entire process and act as a trusted partner at eye level
  • Analytical & Structured – You understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and work in a structured, solution-oriented way
  • Mobility – You are open to traveling for client meetings, knowing that strong partnerships are built on personal interaction and mutual understanding
